Priva Duo.
Configure
Overview.
The Priva Duo is a dual-tension device. A ratcheting, spring-loaded rod is engaged to apply tension in two directions at once, drawing the skin forward while pushing back against the glans, and holds each setting without a manual grip. A built-in tension indicator and magnetic plate system let you set and repeat a consistent, mid-range pressure rather than guessing.
It is for experienced restorers who want longer wear with extendable length, a device that adapts as you advance.

How to use your Priva Duo.
Start with the perforated 30A gripper while you adapt, then move to a firmer gripper once your skin tolerates more.
Bring existing slack forward over the glans, roll the foreskin onto the bell and seat the gripper so the skin is held securely.
With the pusher resting against the glans, engage the spring-loaded rod. It ratchets out in steady increments, applying dual tension, drawing the skin forward while pushing back against the glans, and holds each position so the tension stays set without a manual grip.
Advance the rod one increment at a time and read the built-in tension indicator. Aim for steady mid-range pressure you can repeat, not maximum.
Stack 10mm magnetic plates to extend length as you progress. Start with 30–60 minutes at a time, increasing slowly. The Duo is suited to longer wear once you adapt.
