All Priva products are sold as adult novelty items. They are not medical devices. They have not been evaluated or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other health authority, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this website, in our emails or in our instructions is medical advice.

Talk to a doctor first

Speak with a qualified healthcare provider before you start foreskin restoration or use any Priva product, especially if you have a skin condition, circulation problems, diabetes, a bleeding disorder, recent surgery or any other health concern. Only you and your doctor can decide what is right for your body.

Use at your own risk

Foreskin restoration, and the use of any tension device, is an activity you choose to take on entirely at your own risk. Every Priva product carries risks that cannot be fully removed, however carefully it is made or used.

Possible effects include, but are not limited to: skin irritation, chafing, abrasion, tearing, blisters, bruising, swelling, pain, numbness, loss of sensation, reduced or restricted blood flow, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, and other temporary or permanent injury.

These effects can happen even when a product is used exactly as instructed. The risk goes up with too much tension, wearing a device for too long, a poor fit, a damaged device, or ignoring warning signs.

By buying, owning or using any Priva product, you:

confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer, our instructions and our care guide;
knowingly and voluntarily accept all risks, known and unknown, of using the product;
take sole responsibility for how, when, how long and with how much tension you use it;
agree that deciding whether a product is suitable for your body is your decision, not ours; and
to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and waive any claims against Priva and its owners, employees, agents and suppliers for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from your use or misuse of the product, including claims based on Priva's own negligence, but not claims for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

If you do not accept these risks, do not buy or use Priva products.

Do not use a Priva device if you

have reduced feeling in the penis, or any condition that affects sensation;
take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder;
have sickle cell disease;
have diabetes that is not well controlled, or poor circulation;
have an open wound, sore, rash, infection or sexually transmitted infection on or near the penis;
have had surgery on the penis or genitals in the last 8 weeks, unless your doctor says it is okay;
are sensitive or allergic to silicone or TPU; or
cannot easily and quickly remove the device yourself.

Never

sleep while wearing any Priva device;
wear a device while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicines that make you drowsy or dull your sense of pain;
wear a device during sex; or
let anyone else use your device.

Stop and get help

Take the device off right away if the skin turns white, grey, blue or purple, feels cold, goes numb or tingles, if you feel pain, or if you have any trouble urinating. If normal colour and feeling do not come back within 15 minutes, get urgent medical care.

Materials

Priva devices are made from premium silicone and TPU. If you have sensitive skin, try the device on a small area first. Use only water-based lubricant, as oil-based and silicone-based lubricants damage these materials.

Use it safely

Read the instructions and care guide before first use.
Start with light tension and short wear times, and build up slowly.
Stop right away if you feel pain, numbness or coldness, or see discoloration or broken skin. Seek medical attention if symptoms do not go away quickly.
Check your device before every use. Do not use a device that is cracked, torn or damaged.
Do not modify a device, and do not combine it with parts or weights it was not designed for.
Keep devices clean, and do not share them.

Every body is different. We make no promise or guarantee of any particular result, timeline or outcome. Any stories, reviews or examples you see are individual experiences, not typical or expected results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priva and its owners, employees, agents and suppliers are not responsible or liable for any injury, harm, loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from or related to the purchase, use or misuse of any Priva product, or from any information on this website. In any case, our total liability for all claims relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in this disclaimer takes away any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priva and its owners, employees, agents and suppliers from any claims by third parties, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of a Priva product, your breach of this disclaimer, or your letting anyone else use your device.

Community content

Information shared on forums, social media or other websites, including advice about how to use our products, does not come from Priva. We are not responsible for it. Always follow our official instructions.

Disputes

Any dispute about a Priva product, including any claim of injury, is resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action, as set out in Section 25 of our Terms of Service. You can opt out within 30 days, as explained there. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be filed within one year after it arises.

This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service. If this disclaimer and the Terms conflict, the provision that gives Priva more protection applies, to the extent the law allows. Questions? Contact us.
