Made to order
Every Priva device is made to order. Most orders ship within 1 week. At busy times it can take up to 30 days for an order to ship. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items, such as the 39 mm Priva Air, ship 6-8 weeks after the pre-order campaign reaches its goal. You are charged when you place your pre-order, and you can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Discreet packaging
Every order ships in discreet packaging.

Where we ship from
Orders ship from New York, United States. We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

International orders
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Delivery times
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
